1. Valerian Tincture: 1 tbsp
2. Apple cider Vinegar: 1 1/2 tsp
3. Honey: 3 tbsp
4. Hot Milk

About a half hour prior to bedtime mix the Valerian, Cider Vinegar and Honey together with a small amount of hot milk, then add the rest and mix. remedy

Also you can have another dose, if you are not ready to fall asleep in about an hour. But don't drink more than that or you may awaken in the middle of the night to use the restroom.
