Natural Amino Acid: Most of us have heard that turkey contains tryptophan and so does milk. Thus milk also contains calcium. It may be why those great thanksgiving dinners work so well at making everyone sleepy! But if you don't have a bottle of tryptophan handy, try eating a turkey sandwich and a warm glass of milk an hour prior to bedtime and see if you don't sleep better.
