Epworth Sleepiness Scale
Check out a simple sleep questionnaire which helps to determine how sleepy you are in daytime.
Epworth Sleepiness Scale
This is a kind of sleep questionnaire, which asks you to rank whether some certain situations can make you sleepy, and, in case if the answer is “yes”, how sleepy you may become. It is applied with the aim to determine the level of a person’s daytime sleepiness. A score 10 or more is considered sleepy enough; therefore, a score of 18 or more is too much sleepy. Thus, in case if you score 10 or more on this questionnaire, then you should think over if you have enough sleep, as you may need to improve your sleep hygiene and / or visit some sleep specialist. Anyway, all these issues should better be discussed with everyone’s personal physician.

Using the below situated scale, you should choose the most appropriate number for every described situation.
 0 = I would never doze or sleep;
 1 = there is some slight chance of dozing or falling asleep;
 2 = the chance of dozing or falling asleep is moderate;
 3 = there is high chance of dozing or falling asleep.
