How better to help a child fall asleep?

Communicate with a child before sleep. Avoid watching TV before your baby sleep, similarly, video or computer.

Before sleep do not give the child a meal or drinks containing caffeine. It concerns chocolate and aerated drinks. Try not to give him medicines that stimulants the vigil.

A child, who sleep during night well are cheerful all day long.
